Transcend Dynamite Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We hope you love your Transcend Dynamite piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unused and in original, unworn condition
  • With all tags, protective coverings, and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Exclusions:
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Returns are not accepted for any custom-made, engraved, or personalized products.
  • Final Sale & Gift Cards: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return

Email us at info@transcenddynamite.com to begin your return. Once your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your item to:

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues

Please inspect your item upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.
European Union Customers

For orders shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet our return eligibility requirements.
Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original (once accepted) and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
